The family run hotel had a very friendly, helpful and welcoming feel. The breakfast selection was excellent and the evening meals were of a high standard and good value. Bicycles were available for free use and with the safe network of cycle paths, this was a real bonus of which to take advantage.
Sadly, a bit to near the main Salzburg/Hallein road, so on hot evenings having the window open was noisy (however, the bus stops are immediately outside the hotel and this made made getting to and from Salzburg easy). Tea/coffee making facilities (ie. kettle and cups) in the room would be a pleasing additional touch.

Everything is very nice at this hotel. The owner is a very pleasant woman as well as her staff. The breakfast is excellent and so is the restaurant in the evenings. It closes at 9:30 pm but we were there way past that time and no one rushed us out. They aim to please.
This is not just about the hotel but about most of the smaller hotels/restaurants/shops in general in Germany and Austria. They don't like to take credit cards but rather cash. We had booked a tour for 4 people through the hotel and they would only take cash. It makes it difficult since we are not used to carrying large amounts of cash and sometimes a money teller is not within easy reach

Great location and helpful staff! The hotel was conveniently located near my meetings which made it easy for me to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always eager to assist with any questions I had. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay during my business trip.
Limited dining options nearby. While the hotel provided a great breakfast, I had trouble finding a good spot for lunch or dinner in the immediate vicinity. However, with a bit of research and a short drive, I was able to find some great local restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on business or looking for a convenient and comfortable location to stay.
